An inclusive, encouraging bootcamp for individual's at any level to build their fitness and feel great - group boxercise sweat therapy!

 

The workouts are primarily based around boxing and kickboxing movements, and bodyweight exercises with light equipment (such as skipping ropes, ladders, hurdles and cones) to create a comprehensive, high intensity interval training (HIIT), cardiovascular workout. 

 

No workout is ever the same, therefore the mind is continually stimulated and the body is progressively challenged to further your level of fitness. Every session will improve your speed, agility, quickness and strength by pushing, punching, running and jumping your way into an endorphin soaked sweat, leaving you feeling brilliant by the end!


F-HIIT Club is best suited to professionals with hectic, time limited schedules, that seek to reduce body-fat with a dose of high energy vibes that delivers plenty of "bang for your buck", or better still... "punch for your pounds!"

F-Hiit Club Classes

You don't need any previous experience with boxercise or indeed exercise to take part. The sessions are scalable to each individual offering progressions and regressions where necessary, and whilst I will aim to motivate you to give your maximum on that particular day, you choose the intensity to which you workout, always.

Just Move With Jack is a twelve-week, online health and fitness programme that gives you the structure, guidance, support and accountability to help you achieve your personal goal, through a holistic, personalised approach to your overall wellbeing from Jack.

I've never done this type of training before, I'm not sure if I'll be any good?

You don't need to be an aggressive personality or a finely tuned, technique driven lover of boxing to reap the benefits of this essential physical therapy. F-HIIT Club is a judgement free zone that will banish any lingering memories of inadequacy at school P.E, and provide you with a healthy means of channeling your energy in a safe, fitness-first focused environment.

Do I need to be in shape to join?

Not at all! Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, and we'll help you work at a pace that's comfortable for you.

What should I bring along?

Water or your preferred fitness drink, and ideally a towel. Additionally if you have your own boxing gloves and/or skipping rope that would be worth bringing too!
