When is it?

Upcoming programme: Winter (January-March)

Days: Thursday

Time: 6.30pm-7.30pm

Running alongside Just Move With Jack, a new F-HIIT Club programme will start every quarter of the year (so 4 times per annum, with a "rest week" in between).

Whilst full programme bookings are encouraged, and better value financially, smaller "packs" of class bookings and "pay-as-you-punch" (1-off) options are also available.

The Spring and Summer programmes from April till September are based outdoors, and the Autumn and Winter programmes are based at an indoor venue, in central Bristol.

Why join F-HiiT Club?

Put simply: to hit stuff, get fit and smile a bit! Our focus is on boosting your mood, and the evidence is clear that moving your body, whilst having fun with friends is going to profoundly influence a positive mindset.

You don't need to be an aggressive personality or a finely tuned, technique driven lover of boxing to reap the benefits of this essential physical therapy. F-HIIT Club is a judgement free zone that will banish any lingering memories of inadequacy at school P.E, and provide you with a weekly means of channeling your energy in a safe, fitness-first focused environment - "zero egos, only amigos!"

You'll meet new people in your local community, de-stress from the workday, and burn many calories in the process, helping you to develop a leaner, healthier physique that makes you look, feel and move as well as possible.

The first rule of F-HIIT Club is... you talk about F-HIIT Club! Don't hesitate, bring a mate, and get involved!

How do I do it?

All you need to get started is a willingness to try.

Once you've booked on just bring yourself along with a water bottle and small sweat towel.

If you have a light gym mat then it is recommended you bring that too, for the bodyweight circuit section but mainly for the cool down stretch.

Boxing gloves, pads and skipping ropes are provided, but members are encouraged to bring their own along if possible.

Each session will typically consist of the following format... Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class to be ready to begin on time and say a brief hello to fellow members.

Warm-up > Boxercise: cardio focus > bodyweight workout inc. skipping > Boxercise: combo focus > Cool down

If that doesn't mean much then no worries, you'll soon see for yourself how this simple and effective session design works.
